Some highlights include 8,000 extra square feet for the Graham Dickinson Memorial skate park and 30 more parking spaces in the lot that, at present, lies south of it. Yanity Gym is in the bottom left-hand corner, and Prospect Ridge Road cuts across the top left-hand corner.
Just one-third of the proposed plan to rejuvenate the town’s 16-acre site at the East Ridge complex that includes recreational facilities, town and school offices, The Playhouse and Yanity Gym, went to public hearing on Tuesday night.

Landscape architect James DeLalla and Town Engineer Charles Fisher described their plans for Phase I in front of the Planning & Zoning Commission and an audience of about 40 — mostly Prospect Ridge Road residents or skate park advocates.
